Prohibited Uses

• Violate Rights of Others: Infringe upon or misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others.
• Promote Violence or Harm: Threaten, incite, promote, or encourage violence, terrorism, or any form of serious harm against individuals or groups.
• Exploit or Abuse Minors: Create, share, or promote content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Compromise Security: Attempt to violate the integrity, security, or availability of any user, network, computer system, software application, or communication system.
• Distribute Spam: Send, facilitate, or promote unsolicited bulk emails, messages, advertisements, or solicitations ("spam") through the Services.

Investigation and Enforcement

DG Matrix reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of this Policy. We may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

• Content Removal: Disabling access to or removing any content that breaches this Policy.
• Service Restrictions: Limiting or terminating your access to DG Matrix Services if violations are identified.
• User Cooperation: You agree to fully cooperate with DG Matrix in addressing and rectifying any violations of this Policy.

When evaluating potential violations, DG Matrix may consider your ability and willingness to comply with this Policy, including any measures you have in place to prevent, detect, and address prohibited content or activities.

Reporting Violations

If you suspect or become aware of any violations of this Policy, please report them through our contact us page. DG Matrix takes all reports seriously and will act promptly to investigate and address confirmed violations.
